Cancellation Policy

Court Bookings

  • Cancellations made  24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for any refund.
  • Cancellations can be made via the website or by contacting our support team.

     

Merchandise Orders

  • Orders for merchandise can be canceled only before the order is confirmed and dispatched.
  • Cancellations are only accepted after order is received if:
    • The product is received in damaged or defective condition, or
    • The wrong item has been delivered.
  • Cancellation requests must be raised within 7 days of shipment received  with valid photo/video proof sent to [email protected].
  • Cancellations for any other reasons will not be accepted once the order is confirmed and dispatched.

Refund Policy

Court Bookings

  • Full refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

 

Merchandise Orders

  • We do not offer monetary refunds for merchandise.
  • If a product is delivered damaged or incorrect, customers may request an exchange for the same or a similar item.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition with packaging and receipt.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the item and are subject to stock availability.
