Cancellation Policy
Court Bookings
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for any refund.
- Cancellations can be made via the website or by contacting our support team.
Merchandise Orders
- Orders for merchandise can be canceled only before the order is confirmed and dispatched.
- Cancellations are only accepted after order is received if:
- The product is received in damaged or defective condition, or
- The wrong item has been delivered.
- Cancellation requests must be raised within 7 days of shipment received with valid photo/video proof sent to [email protected].
- Cancellations for any other reasons will not be accepted once the order is confirmed and dispatched.
Refund Policy
Court Bookings
- Full refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Merchandise Orders
- We do not offer monetary refunds for merchandise.
- If a product is delivered damaged or incorrect, customers may request an exchange for the same or a similar item.
- Products must be unused and in original condition with packaging and receipt.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the item and are subject to stock availability.
