Cancellation Policy

Court Bookings
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for any refund.
Cancellations can be made via the website or by contacting our support team.

Merchandise Orders
Orders for merchandise can be canceled only before the order is confirmed and dispatched.
Cancellations are only accepted after order is received if:
The product is received in damaged or defective condition, or
The wrong item has been delivered.
Cancellation requests must be raised within 7 days of shipment received with valid photo/video proof sent to [email protected].

Cancellations for any other reasons will not be accepted once the order is confirmed and dispatched.

 

Refund Policy

Court Bookings: Full refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Merchandise Orders: We do not offer monetary refunds for merchandise.
If a product is delivered damaged or incorrect, customers may request an exchange for the same or a similar item.
Products must be unused and in original condition with packaging and receipt.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the item and are subject to stock availability.
