Beginner Training
Who’s it for?
Beginner Level (Ages 6–9)
Objective: Build interest and introduce the basics through fun and engagement.
- Learn basic cricket rules and team concepts.
- Focus on batting grip, stance, and simple front foot shots.
- Gentle underarm/soft ball bowling with basic straight-arm action.
- Fun fielding drills: catching with soft balls, basic throwing, rolling stops.
- Basic coordination drills (ladder drills, cone runs).
- Small games with soft balls and simplified rules.
Intermediate Coaching
Who’s it for?
Intermediate Level (Ages 10–13)
Objective: Develop solid foundational technique and game awareness.
- Refine batting skills: defensive and attacking shots, footwork drills.
- Learn proper bowling techniques (line, length, seam/spin grip basics).
- Start overarm throws, aiming at stumps, catching with hard balls.
- Introduction to running between the wickets and communication.
- Teach basic game strategy and team roles.
- Play modified matches with full gear and standard rules.
Advanced Athlete Program
Who’s it for?
Advanced Level (Ages 14–17)
Objective: Sharpen skills, introduce advanced techniques, and prepare for competitive cricket.
- Specialize in roles: top-order, all-rounder, spinner, pace bowler, keeper.
- Advanced batting techniques: power hitting, shot selection under pressure.
- Develop bowling variations: swing, spin, slower balls, yorkers.
- Match simulation drills: fielding under pressure, tactical decisions.
- Emphasize fitness, agility, and strength training.
- Teach mental skills: focus, handling pressure, leadership.
- Regular match play, performance tracking, and video analysis (if available).
